Returns

We are unable to exchange products that are shopped online. If you would like a different size, please re-purchase in correct sizing! 

Returns are accepted for a full refund 14 days of delivered date (post marked via mail carrier) for STORE CREDIT. For a FULL REFUND, items must be returned within 7 days from purchase date. All items for returns must be in original condition with tags attached and no sign of visible wear.

** Unfortunately we do not accept returns that are past the 14 day / 2 week delivery time frame. Shop Chey and Chawn reserves the right to reject any return that is not within the 14 day return window and not in the original condition it was sent. **

Accessories such as: jewelry, shoes, socks, etc are FINAL SALE. No exceptions!

Any items purchased with a discount of 15% or more is non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Chey & Chawn does not provide return labels. We recommend shipping with a carrier that provides tracking info!

 

Yes, any item purchased through promotion or on sale is final!

We inspect and package our products personally! If you believe your product is damaged or faulty please email: sales@shopcheyandchawn.com with pictures and we will move forward directly with you!

Shipping

We offer standard 2-3 day shipping for $7 after packed. We strive to pack orders same day and shipped out next day via USPS or UPS.
